(KJV)But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

Today's English Versionだけ、「left hand」,「right hand」ではなく「your closest friend」と意訳されている。

「よいことは、こっそりとするんですよ。」ということですね。

去年から読み始めた聖書ですが、何度読んでも飽きることがありません。
